Adapt Performance Solutions sells maintenance kits that include parts made by third-party manufacturers. Any warranty on those parts is provided and handled directly by the manufacturer, not by Adapt Performance Solutions.
We do not guarantee performance, longevity, or compatibility for any use outside a product's intended purpose. Installation is the responsibility of the customer.
02 · Limitation of Liability

Adapt Performance Solutions is not liable for any damages, vehicle failures, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Automotive work carries inherent risk. It's the customer's responsibility to confirm correct installation and vehicle compatibility. By purchasing and using our products, you accept these risks.
03 · Installation
Easy to use — still best done right.
Our kits are designed to be easy to use, but we strongly recommend installation by a qualified mechanic.
Incorrect installation can cause mechanical failure, void manufacturer warranties, or create unsafe driving conditions.
