Eligibility

Items must be new, unused, and unopened to qualify for a return.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fluids, oils, and chemical products.

Clearance items or promotional bundles.

Custom or special-order products.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email adaptandperform@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the request.
If the return is approved, written return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.

A valid tracking number must be provided for all returned items. Returns without tracking confirmation may not be eligible for refund or coverage in the event of loss or damage.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to an error on our part.
