Shipping Policy

Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
     

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is coming soon.
     

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
     

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
  • Shipping times may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our facility.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility
  • Items must be new, unused, and unopened to qualify for a return.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
     

Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used fluids, oils, and chemical products.

  • Clearance items or promotional bundles.

  • Custom or special-order products.
     

Return Process
  1. Email us at support@adaptperformance.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
     

Restocking Fee
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to an error on our part.
     

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
     

Exchanges
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@adaptperformance.com.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at support@adaptperformance.com, and we will resolve the issue.
